Southern Surgical Arts Beauty Bar is seeking an experienced Aesthetic NP or PA to join our established aesthetic practice in St. Petersburg, Florida.

This is a full-time weekday opportunity for an injector who performs cosmetic injectables, builds long-term patient relationships, and delivers safe, natural-looking results.

You will join a collaborative, patient-focused team with strong demand for Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, and facial rejuvenation treatments.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
• At least 1 year of hands-on aesthetic injection experience
• Proficiency with Botox, Dysport, or other neuromodulators
• Experience conducting aesthetic consultations and developing treatment plans
• Strong patient communication and customer-service skills

Responsibilities

• Perform cosmetic injectable treatments (Botox, Dysport, neuromodulators)
• Administer dermal fillers for lips, cheeks, chin, jawline, and full-face balancing
• Conduct aesthetic consultations and create individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients on options, expectations, aftercare, and skincare
• Build long-term patient relationships and support retention
• Maintain accurate, compliant medical documentation
• Follow Florida practice protocols and standards
• Contribute to growth of injectable/aesthetic services

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cosmetic injectable treatments, including Botox, Dysport, and other neuromodulators
• Administer dermal fillers for lips, cheeks, chin, jawline, and full-face balancing
• Perform biostimulator treatments such as Sculptra and Radiesse; training may be available
• Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients on treatment options, realistic expectations, aftercare, skincare, and maintenance
• Build strong, long-term patient relationships
• Support patient retention and treatment-plan complianceMaintain accurate and compliant medical documentation
• Follow practice protocols, Florida laws, and applicable clinical standards
• Contribute to the growth of injectable and aesthetic services

Required Qualifications

• Active Florida Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license, or eligibility to obtain Florida licensure
• At least 1 year of hands‑on aesthetic injection experience
• Demonstrated proficiency with Botox, Dysport, or other neuromodulators
• Experience conducting aesthetic consultations and developing treatment plans
• Strong patient communication and customer‑service skills
• Excellent bedside manner
• Commitment to safe, ethical, and natural-looking aesthetic outcomes
• Ability to work full-time, Monday–Friday, on- site in St. Petersburg, FL

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with dermal fillers, including lips, cheeks, chin, jawline, and full-face balancing
• Experience with Sculptra, Radiesse, or other biostimulators
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic assessment
• Experience in a med spa, cosmetic surgery, plastic surgery, dermatology, or aesthetic practice
• Experience with patient retention, treatment-plan conversion, and practice growth
