Peachy is expanding its Chicago team of Nurse Practitioners to focus on preventive wrinkle care and injectables. You’ll join a fast-growing medical aesthetics company that provides paid training, ongoing mentorship, and access to Peachy’s proprietary AI-powered treatment planning platform.

Expect a weekend-focused schedule with weekday shifts during onboarding to ramp up. Providers earn a competitive hourly rate plus quarterly bonuses, with top performers achieving 20%+ in annual bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Complete Peachy’s clinical training program and participate in ongoing education
• Deliver hospitality and customer service during every client interaction
• Perform wrinkle assessments and create individualized treatment plans
• Educate clients on Peachy’s wrinkle prevention offerings and products
• Perform cosmetic neurotoxin injections in FDA-approved areas
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
• Follow Peachy’s clinical protocols and company initiatives

Schedule

• 4 weekend days per month (A "Weekend Day" is either Saturday or Sunday - Typically 9 AM - 5 PM)

While this is a Weekend-Only position, new providers will be asked to work several weekdays shifts during their first 90 days. This dedicated onboarding period provides the opportunity to build a strong partnership with their Lead Nurse Practitioner, receive additional clinical support, and become fully integrated into the Peachy care team.

Our comprehensive paid training program is designed to teach the clinical and technical skills needed to become a successful aesthetic injector while maintaining Peachy's exceptionally high standards of care.

During training you'll learn:

• Facial anatomy and wrinkle assessment
• Personalized consultation and treatment planning
• Peachy's proprietary AI-powered treatment planning platform
• Clinical documentation and best practices
• Hands-on supervised injection training

You’ll be fully compensated throughout your training period to ensure a seamless transition into your new career.

What You'll Do

• Complete Peachy’s comprehensive clinical training program and participate in ongoing continuing education
• Deliver exceptional hospitality and customer service during every client interaction
• Perform wrinkle assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Educate clients on Peachy’s wrinkle prevention offerings, including Botox®, Xeomin®, Dysport®, Jeuveau®, prescription retinoids, sunscreen, and aftercare products
• Perform cosmetic neurotoxin injections in the three FDA-approved treatment areas for facial wrinkles
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient charting
• Follow all operational procedures, clinical protocols, and company initiatives
