Peachy is expanding to Oak Brook, IL and seeks a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner to join its brand-new studio as the first provider. The NP will train in Peachy’s aesthetic protocols, perform FDA-approved neuromodulator injections, and build client relationships with a patient-centered approach.

Compensation is $60.00/hr with quarterly performance bonuses (top providers 20%+). 40-hour weeks, some weekend shifts, and benefits including malpractice coverage, training, and career growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state where you’re applying.
• Active Board Certification as an Adult, Family, or Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner.
• Active BLS Certification.
• Strong preference for NP with at least six months of autonomous clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Complete Peachy’s comprehensive clinical training program and participate in ongoing continuing education.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality and customer service during every client interaction.
• Perform wrinkle assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Educate clients on Peachy’s wrinkle prevention offerings, including Botox®, Xeomin®, Dysport®, Jeuveau®, prescription retinoids, sunscreen, and aftercare products.
• Perform cosmetic neurotoxin injections in the three FDA-approved treatment areas for facial wrinkles.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient charting.
• Follow all operational procedures, clinical protocols, and company initiatives.
• Maintain infection prevention standards, including proper hand hygiene, PPE usage, and equipment sterilization.
• Uphold HIPAA privacy and confidentiality standards.

Our comprehensive paid training program is designed to teach the clinical and technical skills needed to become a successful aesthetic injector while maintaining Peachy’s exceptionally high standards of care.

During training you’ll learn:

• Botox®, Xeomin®, Dysport®, and Jeuveau® injection techniques
• Facial anatomy and wrinkle assessment
• Personalized consultation and treatment planning

What You Have

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state where you’re applying
• Active Board Certification as an Adult, Family, or Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner
• Active BLS Certification
• Strong preference for Nurse Practitioners with at least six months of autonomous clinical practice experience
• Recent procedural experience (such as IV placement, suturing, or other hands-on clinical procedures) is strongly preferred
• Flexibility to work across multiple Peachy studio locations within a reasonable distance of your home studio
• Availability to commit to a Full-Time position requiring 40 hours per week including weekdays, weekends, and some holidays. As we open and ramp up our new Oak Brook studio, scheduling flexibility will be important to support evolving operational needs. Ideally, this includes availability to work three weekend days (Saturday or Sunday) per month as part of your regular 40-hour workweek.

Compensation for this position in Oak Brook, IL is $60.00/hr + quarterly performance-based bonus potential. Compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Peachy reserves the right to modify compensation ranges as business needs evolve.
