Job summary

Peachy is opening a brand-new Oak Brook studio and seeks a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner to join as its first provider. You will undergo comprehensive paid clinical training, work across Peachy’s Oak Brook locations, and help build client relationships from day one.

You’ll receive competitive hourly compensation of $60/hr plus quarterly bonuses (top performers 20%+). The role includes medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k), PTO, and paid malpractice coverage.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state where you're applying.
• Active Board Certification as an Adult, Family, or Women's Health Nurse Practitioner.
• Active BLS Certification.
• Strong preference for Nurse Practitioners with at least six months of autonomous clinical practice experience.
• Recent procedural experience (IV placement, suturing, or other hands‑on clinical procedures) is strongly preferred.
• Flexibility to work across multiple Peachy studio locations within a reasonable distance of your home studio.
• Availability to commit to a Full-Time position requiring 40 hours per week including weekdays, weekends, and some holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Complete Peachy's comprehensive clinical training program and participate in ongoing continuing education.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality and customer service during every client interaction.
• Perform wrinkle assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Educate clients on Peachy's wrinkle prevention offerings, including Botox®, Xeomin®, Dysport®, Jeuveau®, prescription retinoids, sunscreen, and aftercare products.
• Perform cosmetic neurotoxin injections in the three FDA-approved treatment areas for facial wrinkles.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient charting.
• Follow all operational procedures, clinical protocols, and company initiatives.
• Maintain infection prevention standards, including proper hand hygiene, PPE usage, and equipment sterilization.

During training you'll learn:

Compensation for this position in Oak Brook, IL is $60.00/hr + quarterly performance‑based bonus potential. Compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Peachy reserves the right to modify compensation ranges as business needs evolve.
