Job summary

One Med Spa and One Vein Clinic, serving St. Augustine and Jacksonville, FL, seeks an experienced advanced practice provider to lead aesthetics and wellness. You will inject, manage laser devices, and drive the wellness program, while evaluating vein patients with the Medical Director.

You will bring 2+ years of aesthetic injections and laser tech experience, FL APRN/PA license, board certification, and DEA. Opportunity to shape the wellness program and patient care across both practices.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Florida license as an APRN or PA.
• National board certification and current DEA registration.
• Minimum two years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience.
• Minimum two years of hands-on experience operating aesthetic laser and energy-based devices.
• Comfortable in a medical clinic setting and willingness to learn venous disease if not experienced.
• Excellent aesthetic eye, steady hands, and sound clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead aesthetic injector and laser provider for the practices.
• Build out and lead the wellness program with ownership.
• Evaluate vein patients and manage follow-up visits with the Medical Director.
• Conduct full aesthetic consultations and create customized treatment plans.
• Photograph, document, and monitor patient progress and outcomes.
• Cross‑educate patients across aesthetics, wellness, and vein services.
• Maintain accurate charting in eClinicalWorks and mentor staff.

One Med Spa and One Vein Clinic are sister practices under the same ownership, serving patients across St. Augustine and Jacksonville, Florida. We are a family oriented, patient first practice where people are treated like guests, not appointments. Our aesthetics side offers advanced injectables, energy based device treatments, and skin health services. Our vein side is a full medical vein practice led by our Medical Director. We are growing, and we are looking for a provider who wants to grow with us and take real ownership of a program.

THE ROLE

This is a rare hybrid role for an experienced advanced practice provider. You will be our lead aesthetic injector and laser provider, you will build out and lead our wellness program, and you will also evaluate vein patients and manage their follow up visits alongside our Medical Director. AESTHETICS AND INJECTABLES

Perform neuromodulator treatments including Botox, Dysport, and Daxxify

Perform dermal filler treatments including the RHA Collection, plus biostimulator treatments

Run full aesthetic consultations, build customized treatment plans, and set realistic expectations

Photograph, document, and follow patients through their results

Manage complications confidently and know when to escalation

LASERS AND ENERGY BASED DEVICES

Operate and treat with our full device menu including Morpheus8 RF microneedling, Lumecca IPL, Vasculaze, Forma, Evolve, laser hair removal, and CO2 laser resurfacing

Perform microneedling, chemical peels, and other skin health treatments

Understand device settings, skin types, contraindications, and safe endpoints

Keep device protocols, safety logs, and settings documentation current

WELLNESS PROGRAM

Build, launch, and grow the wellness side of the practice alongside ownership

Provide IV hydration and vitamin therapy, weight management support, hormone and peptide therapy, and lab based wellness plans within scope

Create wellness packages and memberships, and educate patients on what is right for them

Serve as the face of wellness for the practice, including on social media and short video content

VEIN CLINIC

Evaluate new vein patients, take a thorough history, and perform focused venous exams

Review venous ultrasound findings with our tech and Medical Director

Manage post procedure follow up visits, conservative therapy, and compression compliance

Document clearly and completely for insurance medical necessity requirements

ACROSS BOTH PRACTICES

Cross educate patients so vein patients know our aesthetics and wellness services, and aesthetics patients know we can treat their leg veins

Maintain accurate, timely charting in eClinicalWorks

Help train and mentor clinical staff on protocols and technique

Protect our reputation for safety, cleanliness, and genuine patient care

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Active and unrestricted Florida license as a Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant

National board certification and current DEA registration

Minimum two years of hands on aesthetic injecting experience with a strong, proven track record

Minimum two years of hands on experience operating aesthetic laser and energy based devices

Working knowledge of wellness medicine, or the drive and background to build that expertise quickly

Comfort in a medical clinic setting and willingness to learn venous disease if you have not treated it before

Excellent aesthetic eye, steady hands, and sound clinical judgment

Warm, down to earth personality with genuine sales ability, because patients buy from providers they trust

Comfortable on camera and on social media, since our providers are part of how we grow

Current BLS certification, and ACLS preferred

NICE TO HAVE

Existing patient following in the Northeast Florida area

Experience with InMode devices

Experience with vein evaluation, venous ultrasound interpretation, or wound care

Bilingual
