Job summary

Skintellect Laser & Aesthetics in the Tampa Bay area is seeking an experienced Aesthetic NP or PA to lead consultations, perform advanced injectable and laser treatments, and shape how the practice grows. This is a clinical and business role where you build treatment plans and guide patients toward the right services while developing long‑term relationships that keep them returning.

• Active Florida NP/PA license in good standing.
• Minimum 2–3 years of medical aesthetics experience (injectables, lasers, PRP, or related modalities).
• Confident across multiple aesthetic modalities, not limited to injectables.
• Comfortable with sales and treatment‑plan conversations; not transactional.
• Strong communicator; warm with patients and clear in consultations.
• Highly organized, self‑directed, and proactive.
• Available for Saturdays with flexible scheduling to grow patient base.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultations and build customized, high‑value treatment plans across modalities.
• Perform injectables (Botox, dermal fillers, Sculptra, PRP, Kybella), laser treatments, body contouring, and skin tightening.
• Educate patients clearly on treatments, outcomes, and post‑treatment care.
• Recommend and close treatment plans, packages, and memberships that fit each patient.
• Build a loyal patient base through follow‑ups and strong relationships.
• Stay current on new modalities and techniques; bring fresh ideas to the practice.
• Collaborate with front desk and aesthetics team to keep the patient journey seamless.

The Role

As our Aesthetic NP or PA, you'll lead patient consultations, perform advanced injectable and laser treatments, and play a real role in how this practice grows. This is a clinical role and a business role - you'll build treatment plans, guide patients toward the right services, and develop long-term relationships that keep them coming back.

What You'll Do

• Lead consultations and build customized, high-value treatment plans across multiple modalities
• Perform injectables (Botox, dermal fillers, Sculptra, PRP, Kybella), laser treatments, body contouring, and skin tightening
• Educate patients clearly on treatments, outcomes, and post-treatment care
• Recommend and close treatment plans, packages, and memberships that genuinely fit each patient
• Build a loyal patient base through consistent follow-up and strong relationships
• Stay current on new modalities and techniques, and bring fresh ideas to the practice
• Collaborate with the front desk and aesthetics team to keep the full patient journey seamless

Must-Haves

• Active NP or PA license in Florida, in good standing
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in medical aesthetics (injectables, lasers, PRP, or related modalities)
• Confident and skilled across multiple aesthetic modalities - not injectables alone
• Comfortable with sales and treatment-plan conversations, without feeling transactional
• Strong communicator: warm with patients, clear and confident in consultations
• Highly organized, self-directed, and proactive
• Available for Saturdays, with schedule flexibility to grow as your patient base grows

Bonus Points If You Have

• An existing patient following or a proven track record of growing one
• Experience with Morpheus8, MultiShape, or similar advanced devices
• DEA licensure
• Experience with Zenoti or a similar scheduling/EMR platform
