Job summary

placeM!NT by TZ Consulting is seeking an experienced aesthetic injector for a part-time, on-site role in Gilbert, AZ. You will inherit an established patient base and conduct in-depth consultations, performing injectables with licensure-backed safety and ethics.

Base pay is $40–$70 per hour with additional commissions. Two days a week start, rising to three days by fall 2026, plus ongoing education and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Arizona license as a PA, NP, or RN.
• 2+ years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers.
• Proven track record of patient retention in aesthetics.
• Accurate, timely charting and medical documentation.
• Excellent interpersonal and consultative communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth aesthetic consultations.
• Administer neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators, PDO threads and related injectables per training and licensure.
• Advise patients on products and loyalty programs.
• Collaborate with estheticians and wellness staff to deliver a seamless patient journey.
• Maintain compliant charting and documentation.
