Job summary

NakedMD, based in Wisconsin, seeks a Registered Nurse to join our aesthetic injector team. The role focuses on delivering safe, high-quality aesthetic treatments and building trust with clients.

You will perform dermal fillers, neurotoxins, and related procedures, maintain detailed patient records, and ensure clinic safety. Fri/Sat availability is required, with a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Proven RN with aesthetic nursing experience.
• Knowledge of health and safety guidelines.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication with patients.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' medical history, goals, and plan treatments with clear explanations of risks and benefits.
• Administer aesthetic services such as dermal fillers, neurotoxins, micro-needling, and chemical peels.
• Maintain accurate patient records, photos, and treatment documentation.
• Ensure room hygiene and safety, decontaminate equipment and prepare the injection room.
• Provide respectful, individualized care and address patient concerns.
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand aesthetic concerns and overall wellbeing.
• Stay informed about latest treatments and products to inform clients.
• Assist with scheduling, treatment coordination, and comprehensive treatment plans.
• Prepare injectables and treatment trays; manage inventory as needed.
• Availability on Fri/Sat.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations, this includes but not limited to - medical history, patient desired results, treatment plans and explanation of aesthetic results, risks and benefits
• Perform Aesthetic Services- dermal fillers, neurotoxins, micro-needling and medical grade chemical peels
• Maintain accurate medical documentation, such as patient charting, before & after photos and treatment records.
• Prioritize patient safety above all else: inspect the injection room and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing injection room etc.)
• Honor and respect the diversity of our patients and their individual rights to care.
• Acknowledge and remedy mistakes and seek to maintain and advance your skills and understanding within the industry.Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients’ aesthetic concerns, goals and overall well-being.
• Stay updated on the latest aesthetic treatments, products, and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.
• Achieve sales targets through consultative selling.
• Assisting clients in scheduling appointments and coordinating treatments.
• Confident and competent consulting and completion of comprehensive treatment plans.
• Prepare injectables and treatment trays as needed.
• Assist with maintaining inventory levels as needed.
• Must be available Fri/Sat
