Job summary

Best Self Aesthetics is seeking an Aesthetic Injector in Washington. You will deliver advanced injectable treatments, build lasting patient relationships, and own treatment planning while collaborating with clinical and operational leaders to ensure exceptional outcomes.

The role emphasizes patient experience, clinical excellence, and provider development, with opportunities for growth in a fast-growing aesthetics organization. Training is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Active licensure relevant to scope of practice (NP/PA/RN) in the United States.
• Experience in aesthetic injecting strongly preferred (training available for right candidate).
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety.
• Excellent communication and bedside manner with a patient-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective injectable and aesthetic treatments per protocol.
• Conduct consultations and create individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals.
• Foster long-term patient relationships to support retention and ongoing care.
• Educate patients clearly on options, aftercare, and expected results.
• Meet performance goals, including production and patient satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate documentation and use EMR systems.
• Collaborate with clinical/operational teams to optimize scheduling and flow.
• Stay current on industry trends and ongoing development.

What You’ll Own

• Deliver safe, effective injectable and aesthetic treatments in compliance with protocol and training




• Conduct consultations and create individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals

Compensation

• Base Salary: $57.00-$70.00 per hour




• Annual Bonus Opportunity: Based on Performance




• Annual Earning Potential: $120k - $200k+

How the Bonus Works

• Your bonus is fully performance-driven and designed to directly reward the impact you make. You’ll earn a percentage of the revenue you personally generate plus additional incentive based on your site’s overall revenue achievement. Because bonuses are tied to performance rather than capped targets, earning potential is truly uncapped . This structure supports what matters most here—delivering exceptional patient care, building strong treatment plans, and contributing to practice growth as part of a high-performing team. Full transparency around targets, payout structure, and performance expectations will be provided during the interview process.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.




• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.




• Prolonged periods of standing for up to 10 hours at a time.
