Job summary

Tigermed seeks an experienced Clinical Project Manager to oversee aesthetic medical device studies under a contract-based engagement. Coordinate cross-functional teams, CROs, and vendors to ensure on-time delivery and regulatory compliance with MDR, FDA, and GCP.

The role requires 6–8 years in medical devices, at least 4 years in PM, strong budgeting/vendor management, fluent English, and proficiency with CTMS/eTMF. Independent contractor mindset and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in medical/biological field with PM experience in medical devices.
• Knowledge of medical device development, regulatory pathways, GCP, and clinical trial operations.
• Current GCP certificate; budgeting and vendor management skills are a plus.
• 6–8 years in industry with at least 4 years in PM for medical devices; aesthetic devices preferred.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; local language fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Acts as liaison between the company and sponsors/vendors for assigned medical device studies.
• Leads cross-functional teams and external partners (e.g., CROs, labs, device suppliers) in a contractor capacity.
• Manages deliverables tied to milestone-based payments and quality assurance.
• Controls project scope and costs on a time-bound basis to mitigate financial risks.
• Ensures compliance with SOPs and medical device regulations (MDR, FDA, NMPA).
• Supports or leads bid defense processes for new aesthetic device projects.
• Provides necessary training to project team members and supports effective team collaboration.
• Tracks and reports project progress to stakeholders and provides feedback to line managers.
