LaserAway in Atlanta (Buckhead) is seeking a Store Sales Manager to lead the clinic, drive sales, and deliver an outstanding patient experience. You will manage daily operations, coach PCCs and clinicians, and partner with regional teams to align staffing, budgeting, and performance goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in high-end B2C retail or high-touch service.
• Experience in consultative sales and team management.
• Proficient in Google Suite, CRM systems, and data analysis.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic operations and drive sales while coaching PCCs.
• Oversee scheduling and ensure seamless patient experience.
• Monitor patient satisfaction metrics and optimize revenue.
• Recruit, train, and mentor PCCs and clinicians.
• Collaborate with regional teams on staffing and budget.
