Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a Wirer to build and wire complex electronic assemblies for aerospace manufacturing. This on-site first-shift role starts at 6:30am or 7:00am, collaborating with engineers and production teams to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

You will wire, solder, and assemble components from diagrams and verbal instructions, conduct continuity tests, and apply engineering changes to final units while maintaining certification and standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years wiring experience in electronics manufacturing
• Knowledge of basic electronic theory and principles
• Read, write and speak English
• Team player with goal-oriented performance feedback

Responsibilities

• Wire, solder, and assemble components from diagrams
• Use color codes and tools to complete assemblies
• Perform continuity testing on wiring assemblies
• Incorporate engineering changes into final units
• Maintain solder/inspection certification and workmanship standards
• Suggest wiring layout changes for engineering approval
