You will generate schematics, harness diagrams, and related documentation, coordinating with engineering, production, and test teams. The role requires a BS in electrical engineering with 1–3 years of experience, familiarity with test equipment, and knowledge of IPC/WHMA-A-620 and NASA/ MSFC standards.

Qualifications

• BS in electrical engineering with 1–3 years of related engineering experience.
• Familiar with test equipment to verify harness design and assembly.
• Knowledge of harness design, fabrication, and installation standards (IPC/WHMA-A-620, NASA-STD-8739.4, MSFC-SPEC-494).

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate EWIS designs for launch vehicles and spacecraft.
• Follow industry guidelines for wire harness design.
• Generate schematics, wire diagrams, harness 3D CAD routing, and related drawings/reports for flight hardware.
• Coordinate requirements between engineering, production, and integration.
• Support design reviews with results showing flight readiness.
• Collaborate with teams for ideas and continuous improvement.
• Tailor harnessing standards to internal design requirements.
