Job summary

Relativity Space is seeking a Welder to join the Launch Team at the Cape Canaveral, Florida site. You will fabricate, fit, and weld piping systems that support the Terran R launch site, working with engineering, fabrication, construction, and operations teams to install piping safely and accurately.

The role requires 3+ years of welding experience with TIG, MIG, FCAW, and stick welding, plus ability to read isometrics and drawings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional welding and fabrication experience.
• Experience with multiple welding processes: TIG, MIG, FCAW, and stick welding.
• Ability to read isometrics, drawings, weld procedures, and welding symbols.
• Experience fitting, fabricating, and installing piping systems or mechanical assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, piping isometrics, fabrication prints, weld procedures, and specifications.
• Fit, fabricate, and weld piping systems and mechanical assemblies.
• Perform pipe welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and other alloys.
• Prepare, align, and install piping systems to meet requirements.
• Operate fabrication tools and equipment and support field installation and testing.
• Collaborate to improve welding and installation efficiency and safety.
