Job summary

Barnes Aerospace West Chester Division is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage inventory, material flow, and related processes across OEM and MRO operations. You will oversee receiving, cycle counts, stores, and shipping, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.

Candidates should have 2+ years in aerospace manufacturing, strong detail, multitasking, ERP experience (Syteline), and comfort with lifting equipment. BS preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an aerospace production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Prioritize workload and resolve issues promptly.
• Ability to interpret travelers and work instructions.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ERP knowledge.
• Collaborate across departments including planning, production, quality.
• Operate forklift/hand truck to move materials.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of inventory and movement.
• Oversee receiving, cycle counts, and PO processing into ERP.
• Daily management of inventory transactions, stores, and shipping/receiving.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of materials.
• Support Master Production Schedule fulfillment.
• Coordinate with planners and buyers to issue material.
• Lead shipping, receiving, and stockroom operations.
• Provide training to employees and supervisors.
