Job summary

FDH Aero is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Arlington, TX team. You will handle receiving, picking, packing and shipping of aircraft parts and GSE, while maintaining accurate inventory records.

This role requires 1–2 years' experience, high attention to detail, and dependable attendance. You will work with computer systems to process orders, count and stage items for shipments, and support overall warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years' experience; US Person status as defined by ITAR regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
• Regular and predictable attendance required.
• Basic computer skills and data entry capability.
• Effective communication, teamwork, planning and time management.
• Keen attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and identify aircraft parts and receive into computer systems.
• Load/unload inventory onto shipping containers and trucks.
• Read orders to determine items to pull from inventory.
• Package parts to ship and ensure protection per specs.
• Maintain inventory controls and document part traceability.
• Pull and stage items for shipment in designated areas.
• Mark materials with identifying information.
• Validate and record quantities received, distributed, or counted.
• Weigh, count and inspect items for conformance to standards.
• Assist in counting, tarping and moving inventory as needed.
• Complete requisition forms to order supplies.
• Contribute to team efforts and maintain quality service.
• Follow organization standards and workplace safety.
