Job summary

FDH Aero Defense Aftermarket is seeking a Warehouse Associate I to handle receiving, storing, packaging and distributing aircraft parts and GSE. You will perform cycle counts, ensure accuracy, and maintain traceability using our network systems.

The role requires 0-1 year in warehouse settings, basic computer skills, and strong attention to detail. U.S. citizen or eligible status, with ITAR/EAR compliance considerations. Pay is $20.00 per hour, full-time, and benefits as per company policy.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0-1 year experience in warehouse roles.
• Regular and predictable attendance required.
• Basic Computer.
• Data Entry.
• Effective communication, teamwork, coordination, planning, prioritizing, time management, inventory control, record keeping, equipment maintenance, and reliability.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Data Entry, Receiving orders in data base (Quantum).

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, pack and distribute aircraft parts and GSE.
• Load/unload inventory onto shipping containers and trucks.
• Read orders to determine items to pull from inventory.
• Package parts to ship, ensuring protection and compliance.
• Maintain inventory controls with part traceability and photos.
• Pull parts and stage for shipment prep.
• Mark materials with identifying information.
• Validate and record amounts received, distributed, or cycle counted.
• Weigh, count, and inspect items for conformance.
• Collaborate with procurement to list expected deliveries.
