Crissair, Inc. in California seeks an assembler to support technicians in assembling hydraulic and pneumatic valves and subassemblies using detailed drawings and specialized tooling. You will prepare seats, handle parts, and follow daily job lists to ensure accurate part counts and quality.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 3–6 months of related experience. English fluency and ability to read blueprints are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3–6 months related experience or training.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assembles complete hydraulic and pneumatic valves and components per blueprints and assembly instructions.
• Performs seat preparation per work instruction including burnishing and coining seats, cleaning and washing parts.
• Operates small hand and power tools and maintains tools in good condition.
• Maintains accurate parts and part counts and verifies parts from stockroom.
• Maintains a clean and safe workstation and follows safety standards.
