Job summary

Component Repair seeks an intermediate level Visual/Dimensional Inspector to inspect aerospace and marine gas turbine engine components for airworthiness and OEM conformance. You will work during receiving, in-process, and final inspections, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality across CRT and subcontractors.

The role operates in a modern, newly built facility with extensive in-house training to develop the necessary skills through computer-based and hands-on methods.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in aircraft maintenance or similar in civilian or military fields.
• Exposure to visual inspection methods, techniques, practices, and aids.
• Proficiency in the use of gages including calipers, borescopes, micrometers, optical or electronic comparators.
• General knowledge of turbine engine components, functions, repairs and shop processes.
• Education level GED/High School.

Responsibilities

• Inspect aerospace and marine gas turbine engine components for airworthiness and conformance to OEM standards during receiving, in-process, and final inspections.
• Verify and validate work performed by CRT and subcontractors to meet specifications in accordance with FAA and other world regulatory bodies.
• Perform inspections from a state-of-the-art building with ultra-modern technology and equipment.
• Participate in the in-house training program to develop required skills for the position.
