Castelion Corporation is seeking a Technical Training & Competency Program Manager to build and lead a scalable training framework across engineering, manufacturing, and operations, with potential integration to HR, quality, and technical grading systems.

You will define skill-based expectations, select and implement training tools (LMS, databases), manage a small team, hire and coach staff, and deliver measurable improvements in readiness and performance in a fast-moving defense technology

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Technical Education, or related field.
• 7+ years in technical training, manufacturing engineering, or operations roles, including 3+ years leading training or competency programs or teams.
• Proven experience building and leading technical training, qualification, or competency teams in manufacturing, engineering, or operations environments.
• Strong technical aptitude across mechanical, electrical, and system-level domains.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity while building practical systems for diverse stakeholders.
• Experience developing training tracking systems, databases, or LMS tools.
• Strong communication skills with ability to advise and influence without formal authority.

Responsabilidades

• Build, lead, and scale the training program across engineering, manufacturing, and operations.
• Define skill-based training and competency expectations for multiple roles.
• Implement lightweight processes balancing rigor with startup speed.
• Define multi-quarter training roadmaps aligned with product development and ramp plans.
• Hire, onboard, and develop the training team; provide regular coaching.
• Collaborate with HR to align onboarding and career development frameworks.
• Govern training data, ensure audit readiness, and maintain version control.
