Job summary

ACL Digital seeks an Employee Development Specialist (Aerospace Instructor) in Everett, WA. The role covers developing and delivering aerospace training content, coaching individuals and teams, and ensuring adherence to standards.

Expect hands-on instruction across electrical, structural, quality, and systems areas. You will analyze learning needs, design curricula, and manage training delivery while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing operations or manufacturing support.
• Experience coaching, instructing, or as an employee development specialist – minimum 3 years ideally.
• Experience designing and employing leadership development courseware and/or curriculum.
• Experience working with detailed work instructions or reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct learning requirements analysis and establish learning objectives.
• Deliver content and assess effectiveness based on learning objectives.
• Conduct coaching sessions to improve individual or group performance.
• Perform as an instructor in aerospace content areas (Electrical, Structural, Quality, Systems, etc.).
• Facilitate learning events and knowledge transfer through teaching and team coaching, rostering of training, and tracking performance.
