The TPM will balance executive advisory with hands-on technical execution, ensuring aerospace toolchains align with regulatory standards and accelerate design-to-manufacture velocity.

Responsibilities include defining the engineering platform roadmap, resolving technical bottlenecks, and translating constraints into actionable business outcomes, all within an ITAR/EAR

Qualifications

• Experience translating aerospace design constraints into technical specifications.
• Ability to manage executive-level briefings and business cases.
• Prioritize backlogs by business value and technical debt impact.
• Understand aerospace CAD/PLM ecosystems and data structures.
• Experience with ITAR/EAR compliance and data security.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the vision for engineering platforms and long-term health.
