Aurora Flight Sciences, a Boeing Company, is seeking a Tool Fabricator II to support aerospace manufacturing at our Columbus, MS facility. You will set up, fabricate, inspect, and maintain precision tooling and fixtures used to assemble critical aerospace parts.

Work with engineering and tooling teams to ensure tools meet design and quality standards. Prior CNC machining, metrology, and welding experience are valued; candidate must be a US citizen and able to work onsite daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 4+ years related experience.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Familiar with geometric tolerancing.
• Familiar with standard machining practices; able to operate turning and milling machines.
• Must be a US Citizen.

Responsabilités

• Set up, maintain, fabricate, and inspect precision tooling.
• Repair damaged tooling and meet production requirements.
• Manufacture tools per engineering specs using mills, lathes, CNC machines.
• Collaborate with Tool Design engineers to resolve tooling problems.
• Operate factory support equipment to move materials and tools.
