Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field required.
• 2+ years of engineering experience, or an advanced degree with no experience.
• Proficiency with CAD tools (NX/CATIA/Creo/SolidWorks).
• Knowledge of GD&T and standard tolerancing schemes.

Responsibilities

• Design tooling for processes used to manufacture CMC components.
• Establish design practices for materials, dimensions, tolerances, and work holding.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to support process development.
• Collect and analyze data related to tooling performance.
• Establish metrics for tooling effectiveness, cost, and durability.
• Identify and implement new tooling technologies to meet business goals.
