Qualifications
Proven experience supervising mechanical or tooling assembly in aerospace or precision manufacturing.
Hands-on experience with machining, assembly, and preferably metrology.
Strong proficiency in GD&T, blueprint interpretation, and working to tight tolerances.
Responsibilities
Lead, train, and mentor a growing team of mechanical assemblers.
Interpret blueprints and GD&T for assembly operations.
Oversee the alignment and build of lay-up moulds and jigs.
Perform hands-on work for machining and inspection.
Manage laser tracking systems for precision alignment.
Maintain safety and quality standards across the shift.
