Job summary

Safran in Washington Marysville is seeking entry-level to mid-level manufacturing staff for Cascade Tool Prep on the 2nd shift. The role supports aerospace manufacturing by performing tool prep tasks, deflashing, sandblasting, cleaning and organizing components to keep production on schedule.

Candidates should have at least a high school diploma, basic reading of blueprints, and familiarity with Microsoft products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year stable employment history preferred.
• Experience with Hand Tools or equivalent preferred.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Aerospace experience preferred.
• Computer Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft products.
• Ability to read engineering blue prints and / or manufacturing orders is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate cascade tool prep processes to support schedule adherence.
• Perform hand tools task, deflashing, sandblasting, and cleaning as required.
• Read blueprints and manufacturing orders to verify work instructions.
