• Review blueprints and manufacturing operations to determine tooling requirements.
• Prepare basic cost estimates for tooling and source competitive pricing from vendors.
• Collaborate with engineering and plant teams to resolve tooling-related challenges.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for tooling performance.
