Job summary

Geater Machining & Manufacturing, located in Independence, IA, is seeking a full-time Machining Tool Crib Attendant to support aerospace and electronics manufacturing with state-of-the-art equipment in a high-performance culture.

You will issue and preset tools, maintain inventory records, and coordinate tooling orders while using GOLD for instruction. We offer premium pay, PTO, 401(k) matching, and profit sharing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Issue and preset tools and inspect for defects.
• Maintain records of tools and equipment issued and returned.
• Order tooling and requisition stock to replenish inventory.
• Prepare periodic inventory of tools and equipment.
• Utilize GOLD for accurate work instructions.
