Job summary

CPP Corporation in Albany, OR, seeks an Aerospace Production Supervisor for Titanium Investment Castings. You will lead a manufacturing team, drive safety, quality and throughput, and coordinate cross-functional improvements to meet plan throughputs and costs.

Relocation assistance is offered for qualified candidates. The role requires lean/CI experience, strong coaching and communication skills, and a track record of supervising in fast-paced manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Lean and/or continuous improvement knowledge required.
• Pull production methodologies.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience managing team and providing effective feedback.
• Coaching team members to encourage individual problem-solving.
• Able to lead end-to-end, scoped projects.
• Conveys concise written and verbal communication.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a lead or supervisor in production.

Responsibilities

• Lead a zero-injury culture through continuous improvement and employee engagement.
• Maintain daily contacts and teamwork to foster trust and larger group of problem-solvers.
• Support life-threat programs and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Demonstrate improvement in safety procedures and results benefiting the business.
• Coordinate hiring and termination within area of responsibility.
• Provide leadership, feedback, performance reviews, wage adjustments, coaching.
