Chromalloy Carson City seeks a Welder with strong TIG welding skills to support manufacturing operations, including welding in an inert chamber. This hands-on role emphasizes quality, consistency, and following strict processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Experience with TIG welding in manufacturing settings.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding, including inert chamber welding.
• Weld parts to manufacturing specifications with consistent quality.
• Read blueprints and follow work instructions accurately.
• Prepare parts using surface prep methods and grit blasting.
• Follow safety and machine operating practices at all times.
• Inspect own work with handheld measuring tools and maintain cleanliness.
