Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years welding experience in aerospace industry.
• Experience TIG welding (GTAW) in complex assemblies.
• Must have welding certification or be pursuing one.
• Ability to read and follow station planning and blueprints.
• Ability to use precision measuring tools and follow safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Weld complex assemblies meeting station planning and customer specs.
• Set up weld and tooling fixtures for assemblies.
• Utilize pneumatic grinders and precision measuring tools to meet specs.
• Print station planning, record throughput, and complete routers and manufacturing orders accurately.
• Maintain safety standards and complete 6S tasks weekly.
• Keep work area clean and safe to pass safety regulations.
• Assist others in the department and support assembly area as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
