Aerospace Test Technician – 2nd Shift at Professional Employment Group in Littleton, CO. This full-time / contract-to-hire role is on a 2nd shift schedule (Mon–Fri, 3:00 PM–12:00 AM) and pays $28–$45/hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of hands‑on aerospace test experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with oscilloscopes, multimeters, data acquisition systems, vacuum systems, and related test equipment.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and test equipment.
• Knowledge of high‑pressure systems.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Familiarity with IPC, J‑STD, cleanroom, ESD, or FOD requirements.

Aerospace Test Technician – 2nd Shift

Location: Littleton, CO

Type: Full-Time / Contract-to-Hire

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–12:00 AM

Pay: $28–$45/hour

The Opportunity

A growing aerospace company is hiring an experienced Test Technician to support testing and integration of advanced aerospace and flight hardware.

This is a hands-on position working with engineering teams on complex test setups, environmental testing, troubleshooting, and test equipment.

What You'll Do

• Set up and execute environmental and functional testing.
• Perform hardware assembly, integration, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Conduct thermal vacuum, vibration, EMI, and high-pressure testing.
• Operate and troubleshoot vacuum chambers, data acquisition systems, and other test equipment.

What We're Looking For

• 4–8 years of hands‑on aerospace test experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with oscilloscopes, multimeters, data acquisition systems, vacuum systems, and related test equipment.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and test equipment.
• Knowledge of high-pressure systems.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Familiarity with IPC, J‑STD, cleanroom, ESD, or FOD requirements.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred: Spacecraft or propulsion testing, flight hardware, LabVIEW/test automation, AS9100, technical degree, or military aerospace experience.

$28–$45/hour, based on experience.
