Aerotek in Littleton, CO is hiring a Test Technician Level II for on-site work in aerospace testing. The role focuses on environmental testing of spaceflight hardware, operating test fixtures, and maintaining test setups at our Littleton facility.

You will work with DMMs, DAQs, oscilloscopes, and calibration tools while following AS9100 quality standards and procedures in a hands-on environment with team collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with aerospace assembly and inspection tools such as torque wrenches, load cells, feeler gauges, calipers, and multimeters.
• Experience in writing technical work instructions related to Environmental Testing.
• AS9100 quality management system knowledge/experience.
• Excellent manual dexterity and ability to handle small parts.
• Experience using electronics equipment such as DMMs, power supplies, and DAQs.
• Strong technical capability and mechanical inclination with following procedures.

An opportunity exists for a Test Engineering Technician Level II in Littleton, CO. The team is dedicated to using engineering talents to design and deploy cutting-edge solutions in Power Distribution, Embedded Monitoring and Control, Power Conversion, lighting, and Camera-based solutions, revolutionizing spaceflight.

Responsibilities

• Perform environmental testing of aerospace mechanisms using established procedures. Tests include static load, thermal vacuum, benchtop operation, separation, shock, and vibration.
• Operate spaceflight hardware and test fixtures using data acquisition systems and established procedures.
• Attach and remove components on spaceflight hardware.
• Inspect mechanical and electrical components after test completion.
• Perform maintenance on test fixtures.
• Generate ideas for potential process improvements.
• Assist with non‑conformance investigations.

Essential Skills

• Experience in electronics, electrical assembly, and testing equipment.
• Proficiency in using oscilloscopes, calibration tools, and schematic blueprints.
• Familiarity with circuit boards and testing equipment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 4 or more years of relevant experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $40.00/hr.
