Job summary

Killdeer Mountain Manufacturing, Inc. in Kerrville, TX is seeking a Test Technician to run hands-on tests that verify quality and reliability before shipping aerospace components.

You’ll set up and operate test equipment, follow written procedures, log results, and flag out-of-spec findings to help the team solve issues quickly. You’ll clock in onsite, work a fast-paced, high-precision floor, with Day shift Mon–Fri 40 hrs or PM shift Mon–Thu 11:30 a.m.–10:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail for measurements, records, and repeatable results.
• Ability to follow written instructions, specs, and basic schematics.
• Basic mechanical aptitude; experience with test tools or electronics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate test equipment following procedures.
• Log results clearly and accurately.
• Flag any out-of-spec results and support troubleshooting with the team.
• Keep the work area organized and safety-focused.
