The Boeing Defense ESG at Kennedy Space Center, FL is seeking a Test and Systems Engineering Manager (Level K) to lead a high‑impact, on‑site team delivering critical aerospace engineering programs with government customers.
You will define staffing, develop processes, and drive technical excellence while partnering with program management to ensure safety, performance, and producibility across the ESG portfolio in a fast‑paced environment.
The Boeing Defense (BDS), Security, Space, Intelligence & Weapons Systems (SI&WS) has an exciting opportunity for an innovative, highly motivated, people focused, and growth motivated Test and SystemsEngineering Manager (Level K) to join our Experimental Systems Group (ESG) at Kennedy Space Center, FL.
ESG supports a variety of government customers spanning technology domains and is a fast-paced, responsive development environment delivering new capabilities to customers rapidly and affordably. The ESG portfolio consists of a range of platforms and technologies including the X-37B, the world’s first fully autonomous reusable spaceplane, which recently landed from its seventh and most ambitious flight yet. This position is 100% onsite at Kennedy Space Center, FL.

Summary pay range: $141,100.00 - $190,900.00
