Job summary

Crissair, Inc. is seeking a skilled technician to perform A&T operations within the department, test completed assemblies per ATP using specialized tools, and reassemble or rework rejected parts following technical drawings and written instructions.

The role requires reading pressure gauges, logging data to ATP standards, and operating micro laser weld machines and drill presses. A high school diploma and 1–2 years of related experience are required, with hydraulic principles certification

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
1–2 years related experience.
Certification in Hydraulic Principles preferred.
Good command of English language, both written and spoken.
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write in simple correspondence.
Ability to present information clearly in one-on-one and small group settings.

Responsibilities

Set-up tests as required.
Drill parts using micro-drills and lathes.
Read pressure gauges and flow meters and log data to ATP requirements.
Swedge noses to form 37 and 45.
Lock-wire and torque seal parts.
Follow daily dispatch reports and supervisor directions.
Maintain accurate parts and part count for each job.
Install internal components using arbor press and fixtures.
Identify causes for test failures, rework, and propose corrective action for supervisor approval.
Set up and operate micro laser weld machine.
Set up and operate drill press for crimp roll.
Identify lean ideas to improve efficiency in the department.
Maintain all hand tools in clean working condition.
Notify supervisor of any equipment needing repair.
