Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; IPC-A-610 Certification.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency with hand tools and reading drawings/specifications.
• Willingness to work shifts and be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Execute complex manufacturing processes including electro-mechanical system setup and cable assembly, ensuring compliance with military specs.
• Interpret and follow written specifications, operation sheets, and visual instructions to deliver high-quality products.
• Maintain meticulous records of tests, quality checks, and specification data for traceability and compliance.
• Train and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and self-directed work environment.
• Utilize small tools, measuring devices, and production equipment with precision and care.
• Uphold safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workstation.
