Job summary

United Launch Alliance (ULA) in Pueblo, CO is seeking a Technical Support Rep to provide hands-on support for propulsion shop and test facility operations. You will assist in subsystem testing, support engineering, and help streamline shop processes to meet schedules and improve efficiency.

The role requires High School/GED and hands-on experience with mechanical and/or electrical assembly, plus basic MS Office knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in mechanical and/or electrical assembly, metal fabrication in aerospace or similar industry.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Self-motivated, team player willing to adapt within a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of duties in the electronic, mechanical, and/or electromechanical fields.
• Construct, troubleshoot, calibrate, adjust, test, diagnose, and maintain equipment, components, devices, or systems.
• Works from schematics, engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions.
• Operates related equipment; conducts tests and reports data in prescribed format.
• Performs calibration and alignment checks; make adjustments, modifications, and replacements as directed.
