Job summary

Beyond Gravity, headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland, is seeking a Technical Project Manager for Large Scale Composite structures within a $300M space-hardware program. You will gather engineering data, drive technical reviews, and ensure flow-down of requirements across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Materials, or similar).
• 3+ years’ experience in engineering project/program management or project leadership.
• 3+ years’ experience in the aerospace/space industry or high-reliability hardware environment (preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to read/interpret engineering drawings and translate technical content for non-technical audiences.
• Working knowledge of composite structures and/or manufacturing processes preferred.
• Familiarity with configuration/engineering change management and requirements management.

Responsibilities

• Own cost, schedule, and technical performance of a portion of a space-hardware production program.
• Gather engineering data from across disciplines and synthesize into a current program picture.
• Translate complex engineering information into clear communication for leadership and customers.
• Drive resolution of technical issues by coordinating across functions and tracking actions to closure.
• Plan and document technical reviews and ensure requirements traceability across the program.
• Manage engineering change and configuration control, assessing impact.
