Job summary

Aalyria in San Francisco is seeking a highly capable Technical Program Manager to drive end-to-end execution across the Spacetime engineering program and customer deliverables. You will be the linchpin between internal engineering teams and the customer, guiding technical teams while interfacing with high-level stakeholders.

You will coordinate cross-functional operating rhythms, translate customer requirements into engineering plans, and manage contractual reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program management or a closely related role delivering complex technical platforms.
• US Citizen with the eligibility to obtain and maintain a US security clearance.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
• Exposure to the software development lifecycle and modern software delivery concepts.
• Experience managing complex project financials and contractual reporting requirements.
• Background as a software, hardware, or mission engineer or solutions architect.

Responsibilities

• Own the program planning and execution of software product integration across phases.
• Act as the primary interface with the customer, communicating to executives and technical stakeholders.
• Run cross-functional rhythms to align Product, Engineering, Design, and Solutions Engineering.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable engineering plans and scope.
• Take ownership of time and materials contract reporting for invoicing.
• Identify risks early and coordinate mitigations across environments.
