Revolution Space is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex aerospace programs from proposal through execution. You’ll own Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), write and review Statements of Work (SOWs), and perform critical path analyses to keep schedules on track.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of driving cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced engineering environment while ensuring commitments stay within scope and budget.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
• Experience writing and reviewing Statements of Work (SOWs) and technical program documentation.
• Strong understanding of critical path methodology and schedule risk analysis.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
• Create, review, and refine Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Conduct critical path analyses and identify schedule risks.
• Partner with engineering, test, and research teams to improve execution efficiency.
• Develop contingency plans to maintain commitments within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Facilitate planning activities including WBS, milestones, and risk management.
• Lead action item tracking and closure of issues, risks, and decisions.
• Drive accountability with clear ownership and priorities.
