Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 5-8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in aerospace/high-tech environments.
• Proven success sourcing and closing specialized technical talent in competitive markets.
• Hands-on experience with ATS (Workday) and AI-powered sourcing tools; LinkedIn Recruiter preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for engineering, operations, technical, and corporate roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract specialized aerospace talent using AI-powered tools.
• Build partnerships with hiring managers to understand needs and long-term plans.
• Develop and manage candidate pipelines for high-demand roles like flight software engineers.
• Conduct behavioral and technical screening to assess qualifications and fit.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and industry regulations (OFCCP, export controls).
• Drive employer branding and use data to improve time-to-fill and recruiting processes.
• Communicate progress and issues to stakeholders; implement agile project management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
