Role Overview
We’re hiring a Senior Systems Test & Verification Engineer to support cutting‑edge spacecraft avionics programs. This role focuses on system‑level validation, embedded systems testing, and electronics verification across hardware, firmware, and software.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or equivalent)
- 6+ years of experience (10+ preferred)
- Strong experience in System Verification & Validation (V&V)
- Expertise in test planning, procedure development & execution
- Hands‑on experience with embedded systems (MCU, MPU, FPGA/ASIC)
- Strong electronics background (digital, power, mixed‑signal, PCB)
- Experience with hardware + software integration & troubleshooting
- Environmental testing (temperature, vibration, EMI/EMC)
- Strong skills in root‑cause analysis & failure investigation
Key Responsibilities
- Develop & execute system‑level test plans and verification strategies
- Perform hardware, firmware & software validation
- Conduct environmental & qualification testing
- Troubleshoot issues down to component level
- Perform engineering analysis (signal integrity, timing, reliability)
- Lead root‑cause analysis and defect resolution
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for integration & production support
- Maintain technical documentation & reports
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Aerospace / Defense / Spacecraft avionics experience
- FPGA/ASIC‑based systems exposure
- EMI/EMC, signal integrity, reliability analysis
- Experience in system modeling & requirements development
- Leadership / mentoring experience

- 8–15+ years in systems test & verification
- Strong in embedded systems + electronics + system validation
- Background in mission‑critical / aerospace / defense environments
- Excellent troubleshooting & analytical skills
