Emerson in Austin, Texas is seeking a software engineer for the Systems R&D team in the ADG unit to design and develop components for avionics, communications, SIGINT, EW, and radar systems using NI toolchains. You will implement features, participate in Agile sprints, and help shape test plans.
The ideal candidate has a BS in engineering or CS, strong Windows/Linux programming skills, and familiarity with design principles. US citizenship or equivalent is required by DoD contracts.

- BS in engineering or computer science field required or working toward degree.
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux development environments.
- Familiarity with software design principles and coding guidelines.
- U.S. citizen or U.S. person per contract requirements.
