Job summary

Blue Origin in Denver, CO is seeking Aerospace Systems Engineers to design and implement the systems infrastructure across hardware, software, and configurations. You will collaborate with engineering teams to define, test, and verify system readiness for rapid development programs.

We value a strong technical foundation in aerospace, the ability to decompose complex requirements, and the capability to lead reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR) while maintaining safety and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a B.S. degree in engineering or another technical field.
• Will have earned their degree within the last year and able to start by Fall 2026.
• Experience with Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering on complex systems.
• Ability to communicate project status concisely and decompose complex problems into traceable tasks.
• Experience with internship/co-op and leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer the systems infrastructure across hardware, software and configurations.
• Lead and present at gated reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR) on system readiness.
• Develop and manage interfaces via ICDs and drawings.
• Own verification and validation planning, traceability and TRRs.
• Collaborate to establish and improve processes and procedures.
