Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering or technical field and recent graduate timeline.
• Internship/co-op with leadership and technical growth evidence.
• Ability to decompose complex problems into traceable tasks with clear status.
• Experience with requirements development and interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Define system requirements, perform test system verification and validation.
• Decompose customer requirements into ICDs and interface definitions.
• Lead gated reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR) for system readiness and status.
• Own test planning and TRR execution with traceability to requirements.
