Job summary

RTX’s Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities team in Tewksbury, MA is seeking talented Systems Engineers. You will integrate hardware and software, design test plans, debug and verify requirements, and support the full product lifecycle.

This onsite role includes travel up to 20% for tests and field work at customer sites. The position emphasizes collaboration across disciplines, hands-on lab work, and contributing to successful sell-off to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) major obtained by start date.
• Experience with troubleshooting technical issues in academic or internship setting using common commercial test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering activities related to testing and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
• Functional analysis of real world and test data; trade studies to bring advanced features to fielded system.
• System integration and test support, possibly including live fire test events.
• Prepare and present results in reports and briefings to internal or external stakeholders.
• Maintain engineering databases and drawings (Schematics & Assembly Drawings).
