Qualifications

• Careful attention to detail and precision.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings/diagrams.
• Learn to use measuring gauges (micrometers, calipers) and basic shop math.
• Basic computer literacy and aptitude for training.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety protocols and company policies.
• Organize components to support efficient scheduling.
• Review router and sketches to identify work requirements.
• Set up required tooling, fixtures, and gauges.
• Mask components to protect surfaces for subsequent operations.
• Trim masking with knives or blades to precise dimensions.
• Remove masking after processes are complete.
• Inspect finished work for quality and completeness.
• Follow written work instructions and engineered drawings.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
