Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in composite layup and/or coating on aerospace components.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with surface prep and coatings or anti-corrosion treatment.
• Ability to read blueprints and work orders.
• Experience with hand tools and precision measuring instruments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare aircraft surfaces, mask, prime and apply finish coatings.

• Monitor quality with standard shop controls.
• Input data as required and perform other duties as directed.
