PPG Industries, Inc is seeking a Business Process Manager, Supply Chain - Aerospace Materials to optimize inventory and customer service across multiple U.S. sites. The role focuses on MRP settings, standard work, and KPI-driven improvements while collaborating with regional and global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or another analytical discipline required.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics required.
• Proficiency with QAD or other ERP systems and strong Excel skills preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights preferred.
• Experience with developing and documenting processes and change management required.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and ability to contribute to process enhancements required.
• Ability to travel up to 15% as needed required.

• Lead analysis to deliver efficiencies and simplicity in our supply chains.
• Direct local supply chain teams to establish standard work and best practices.
• Stay aligned with supply chain activities and provide inputs to improve processes.
• Serve as ERP supply chain subject matter expert, standardizing ERP tools and data.
• Coordinate multi-site teams to align MRP settings with S&OP forecasts.
• Provide supply chain subject matter expertise in S&OP and inventory management.
• Monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions to deviations.
• Develop and document cross-site processes and manage implementation.
• Deliver process improvements that boost business results.
